5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscription Fees

Access to the Service requires payment of subscription fees on a monthly basis. The current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.

5.2 Non-Refundable Payments

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

All subscription fees and other payments to ScriboRank are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You waive any right to request a refund for any portion of fees paid, regardless of your level of satisfaction with the Service, technical issues, or any other reason.
Your decision to purchase and use the Service constitutes your acceptance of this no-refund policy.

5.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time. No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods of your subscription.

6. Usage Limitations

Your subscription plan includes specific limits on content generations and refinements per month. Once you reach these limits, you will not be able to generate additional content or make refinements until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your subscription.

6.2 Usage Reset

Usage limits reset on a monthly basis, on the anniversary date of your subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Generate content that is defamatory, harmful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying algorithms or models of the Service.

8. Content Ownership and Rights

8.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you generate using the Service, subject to our rights to use anonymized data as described in Section 8.2.

8.2 Data Usage

You grant ScriboRank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to collect and use anonymized and aggregated data related to your use of the Service for the purposes of improving our Service, conducting research, and developing new products and services.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure that the Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or error. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, are owned by ScriboRank.
